Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
• Operate and maintain Gallus LM 440 UV flexographic printing presses. • Ensure consistent print quality, registration, and color accuracy throughout production runs. • Perform color matching and color adjustments according to client specifications and Pantone standards. • Handle and print on a variety of substrates including filmic materials, self-adhesive labels, and shrink sleeve materials. • Set up printing jobs including plates, inks, anilox rolls, sleeves, and substrates. • Troubleshoot printing issues related to ink flow, curing, registration, and substrate behavior. • Work closely with quality control teams to maintain high production standards. • Perform routine maintenance and ensure optimal press performance. • Follow all safety and production procedures within the facility.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Proven experience operating Gallus LM 440 or similar UV flexo presses. • Strong expertise in UV flexographic printing technology. • Experience with color matching and ink management systems. • Hands-on experience with shrink sleeves, filmic substrates, and pressure-sensitive labels. • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a production environment. • Ability to work in a high-volume, quality-driven manufacturing environment. Preferred: • Experience in international label and packaging production. • Technical training in printing technology or related field.
