Job purpose: Delivering of IT core and non- core business applications to support the bank s business operations to improve productivity, enhance revenue opportunities, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key job accountabilities:

Operational

Delivering business requirements in alignment with technology and architecture

Adhering to appropriate SDLC methodologies (waterfall, agile, scrum etc.) and effective change management for projects.

Managing the development of core and non-core business applications as per approved business requirements

Managing the release of core and non-core business systems to the production environment (UAT, version Control, Release Management)

Managing and reporting core and non-core business application delivery against schedule and plan

Collaborating with business units to integrate and align business requirements and objectives to align technology

Analyzing business requirements to estimate feasibility and efforts.

Ensuring adherence to System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology and quality standards

Supporting the bank s change management processes for core business applications delivery

Managing vendors to ensure delivery of change requests including invoicing and timesheets

Managing the development and test environments

Financial

Preparing IT Technology projects CAPEX contracts, and SLAs with vendor
