Roles & Responsibilities

مطلوب مساعد قانوني – أبوظبي

تعلن مؤسسة مقرها إمارة أبوظبي عن حاجتها إلى تعيين مستشار قانوني وفق الشروط التالية:

الشروط والمتطلبات:

  • خبرة عملية من 5  إلى 10 سنوات في المجال القانوني داخل دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة

  • معرفة كاملة بالإجراءات والقوانين السارية في الدولة، بما يشمل المحاكم، النيابات العامة، والشرطة

  • قدرة عالية على صياغة المذكرات القانونية والطلبات بكافة أنواعها

 

Desired Candidate Profile

  • خبرة في استخدام أنظمة المحاكم الإلكترونية

  • العمر بين 30 إلى 35 سنة

  • إجادة اللغة العربية إجادة تامة (قراءة وكتابة)

  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (ميزة إضافية))
