Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis to provide actionable insights for clients, ensuring compliance with current laws and regulations.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents, including contracts and agreements, tailored to meet client needs and mitigate risks.
  • Advise clients on legal rights and obligations, employing a thorough understanding of relevant legislation and case law to guide decision-making.
  • Represent clients in legal proceedings, mediations, or arbitrations, leveraging strong advocacy skills to achieve favorable outcomes.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a legal consulting role or a similar capacity, with a proven track record of successful client engagements.

  • Active bar membership in at least one jurisdiction, showcasing professional credibility and adherence to ethical standards.

  • Fluency in English is essential, with proficiency in additional languages preferred to cater to a diverse client base.
