Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• تقديم الاستشارات القانونية وفق الأنظمة السعودية وتحديثاتها. • إعداد وصياغة المذكرات القانونية والعقود بمهنية عالية. • متابعة القضايا والإجراءات النظامية داخل المملكة. • مراجعة المستندات القانونية وتحليل المخاطر وإبداء الرأي النظامي. • التنسيق مع الفريق القانوني لضمان جودة العمل وتنفيذ المهام المطلوبة.

• Provide legal consultation in accordance with Saudi laws and regulations. • Draft and review legal memoranda and contracts. • Follow up on legal cases and related procedures within the Kingdom. • Conduct legal risk analysis and provide professional legal opinions. • Collaborate with the legal team to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Desired Candidate Profile

• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مكاتب أو شركات المحاماة داخل المملكة. • معرفة قوية بالأنظمة السعودية واللوائح ذات الصلة. • مهارة ممتازة في الصياغة القانونية وإعداد العقود والمذكرات. • قدرة عالية على التحليل القانوني واتخاذ القرارات. • الأولوية لمن يجيد اللغة الإنجليزية قراءةً وكتابةً ومحادثة. • مهارات تواصل ممتازة والعمل ضمن فريق.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in law firms or legal companies within Saudi Arabia. • Strong knowledge of Saudi laws and related regulations. • Excellent skills in drafting legal memoranda and contracts. • Strong legal analysis and communication abilities. • Priority will be given to candidates proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
