Baseline Schedule Development: Develop and establish the comprehensive project baseline schedule using (Primavera P6 / MS Project). Ensure the schedule is fully cost-loaded and resource-loaded by integrating BOQ cost distributions and allocating necessary manpower/machinery to align with the project’s duration and objectives.

Progress Tracking & Monitoring: Regularly update project schedules to track actual progress against the planned baseline. Monitor the Critical Path and identify any deviations or potential risks affecting the project timeline.

Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed weekly and monthly progress reports (Dashboard/S-Curves) to management and stakeholders, highlighting project status, key milestones, and critical issues.

Delay Analysis & Claims: Lead the preparation of Extension of Time (EOT) claims and delay analysis. Utilize standard methodologies such as Time Impact Analysis (TIA), Impacted As-Planned, and Window Analysis to substantiate claims, including the calculation of prolongation costs.

Recovery & Revised Schedules: Prepare and submit Recovery Schedules and Revised Baselines to reflect changes in project scope, mitigate delays, and bring the project back on track.

Procurement Coordination: Collaborate closely with the procurement and engineering teams to track the status of material deliveries, specifically monitoring Long Lead Items to ensure zero impact on the construction sequence.

Corrective Action Planning: Analyze the root causes of potential delays, propose effective corrective actions, and recommend preventive measures to the project management team.
