Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed shop drawings and as-built drawings, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications to facilitate seamless construction.
- Conduct thorough material takeoffs and quantity surveying, optimizing material procurement and minimizing waste for cost-effectiveness.
- Review and analyze project specifications, contracts, and related documents to identify potential risks and ensure compliance.
- Manage and coordinate with subcontractors and vendors, ensuring timely delivery of materials and adherence to project schedules.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, providing a strong foundation in engineering principles.
- Holds relevant professional certifications, such as PMP or similar, demonstrating commitment to project management best practices.
- Demonstrates 3+ years of experience in the construction industry, showcasing practical knowledge and problem-solving abilities.
- Exhibits proficiency in using AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software, enabling efficient drawing and modeling capabilities.
