Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with UAE accounting standards and company policies.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing, payment execution, and timely collections to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, providing insightful reports on project profitability and overall financial performance.
- Handle budgeting and forecasting, assisting in the development of financial plans and monitoring budget adherence.
Desired Candidate Profile
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
- Possession of a professional accounting certification such as CPA, ACCA, or similar is highly preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting, with specific experience in the construction industry.
- Proven experience in the UAE construction sector, understanding of local regulations and practices.
