Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design and develop architectural plans and blueprints, ensuring they meet client specifications while adhering to local regulations and codes.
  • Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility, gather data, and evaluate environmental conditions that may impact the design.
  • Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to integrate structural, mechanical, and electrical systems into architectural designs.
  • Prepare detailed construction documents and specifications to guide contractors during the building phase, ensuring high-quality execution.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution, with a focus on sustainable design principles.
  • Professional licensure or certification (e.g., LEED, AIA) indicating commitment to industry standards and continuous education.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in architectural design and project management across various sectors.
  • Proficiency in both English and Arabic, enabling seamless communication with diverse clients and stakeholders in the region.
