Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and timely analysis of patient samples, including blood, urine, and other bodily fluids, using advanced laboratory equipment.
- Maintain meticulous records of all tests performed, results obtained, and quality control measures taken, ensuring data integrity.
- Prepare samples for analysis, including centrifugation, staining, and mounting, following established protocols with precision.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, troubleshoot minor issues, and report any malfunctions to the supervisor promptly.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field, demonstrating a foundational understanding of laboratory principles.
- Holds a valid license or certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician, showcasing professional recognition and competence.
- Has a minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting, providing practical experience in routine laboratory procedures.
- Demonstrates proficiency in various laboratory techniques, including hematology, clinical chemistry, and microbiology, showcasing versatility.
