Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed joinery shop drawings for Doors, wardrobes, cabinets, kitchens, wall panelling, and custom furniture

  • Develop: Section details, Material take-offs, Cutting lists, Assembly details

  • Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and site conditions.

  • Coordinate with designers, engineers, and project managers.

  • Issue approved drawings to production team.

  • Plan and monitor factory production schedules.

  • Coordinate between: Production supervisors, Machine operators, Installation team

  • Manage procurement of factory materials

  • Ensure quality standards are maintained during manufacturing.

  • Report production status to management.

  • Maintain drawing registers and revision logs

  • Prepare BOQs and material quantity reports

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possess a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architectural, Joinery, or a related field.

  • Hold relevant certifications in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar) and joinery techniques.

  • Demonstrate a minimum of 3 years of experience in joinery draughting and factory coordination.

  • Exhibit a strong understanding of joinery materials, construction methods, and manufacturing processes.
