Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct detailed measurements and assessments of joinery projects to prepare accurate estimates, ensuring alignment with client specifications.
Analyze shop drawings and specifications to identify materials, labor, and time requirements for each project.
Collaborate closely with project managers and designers to refine project scopes and clarify any ambiguities in the design.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel for preparing detailed joinery estimation files (including BOQ, material take-off, costing, and pricing).
Skilled in file organization and management to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and proper documentation of project data.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, or a related field to understand technical drawings and project requirements.
Minimum of 2 years’ UAE experience in joinery estimating or a similar role within a joinery and fit-out company, with a proven track record of preparing accurate estimates and contributing to successful project bids.
Strong knowledge of joinery materials, methods, and industry standards, enabling accurate and reliable cost assessments.
