Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee all joinery production processes, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines, from raw materials to finished products.
  • Manage and optimize resource allocation, including machinery, equipment, and personnel, to maximize productivity and minimize waste.
  • Implement and maintain stringent quality control measures throughout the production cycle, guaranteeing products meet specified standards and client expectations.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of joiners, providing training, performance evaluations, and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A Bachelor's degree in Wood Technology, Production Management, or a related field is highly preferred, demonstrating a foundational understanding of the industry.
  • Possession of relevant certifications, such as those related to woodworking, project management, or health and safety, showcasing specialized knowledge.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in joinery manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Proven experience within the joinery or woodworking industry, with a strong understanding of materials, processes, and techniques.
