Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the joinery workshop, ensuring production schedules are met without compromising quality.
- Manage and mentor a team of skilled joiners, providing guidance to enhance their craftsmanship and efficiency.
- Conduct regular quality checks on finished products, enforcing standards that align with client specifications and industry regulations.
- Coordinate with project managers and designers to interpret blueprints accurately and ensure feasibility in execution.
