What you will be doing:

Control & Compliance:

• Control Master Files for duplicate entries and adjustments.
• Prevent Paying a fraudulent invoice, an inaccurate invoice, online payment twice or balance
• Maintain three-way process document and account verification, received & issued document control to align with VAT regulations and company policies.
• Protect organizations value by keeping information confidential

Accounting:

• Generate Sales Invoices and accounts receivable statements
• Perform accounts reconciliation
• Verify and Process Online Payments to Merchants
• Assisting in other management requirements

What do you need to have?

a. Sound Knowledge of:

• Document Verification
• Accounts Reconciliation
• Experience with TAX
• AR Collection Techniques Credit Control (Desirable)
