Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Serve as the main link between suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication.

Handle customer enquiries, prepare quotations, arrange samples, and follow up regularly to close orders on time.

Process and track Purchase Orders (POs) by coordinating with suppliers and customers on availability, order confirmation, delivery schedules, and shipping documents.

Monitor order progress, dispatches, and deliveries, and keep customers and suppliers informed at every stage.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales and order records.

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate in Pharmacy or BSc Chemistry, Microbiology.

1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, or

Distribution Support in a B2B environment.

Exposure to Pharma, Chemicals or Industrial

trading/distribution is preferred.

Familiar with end-to-end order lifecycle: PO receipt, confirmation, coordination with suppliers, dispatch, and delivery follow-up.

Strong communication skills to interact confidently with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

Well-organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined in follow-ups

and record keeping.

Comfortable working with MS Excel and basic CRM systems.
