Roles & Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Sous Chef in managing kitchen operations for continental cuisine.
  • Supervise food preparation, presentation, and portion control to maintain quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Train and guide junior kitchen staff for efficient kitchen operations.
  • Monitor inventory and assist in menu planning and cost control.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a 5-star hotel / fine dining / casual dining restaurant.
  • Strong knowledge of continental cuisine and kitchen management.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
