Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare and serve ice creams, juices, milkshakes, smoothies, and related beverages from the ice cream truck.
• Follow standard recipes and preparation methods to maintain consistent taste and quality.
• Operate ice cream machines, blenders, and other preparation equipment safely
. • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene inside the truck and food preparation area according to food safety standards.
• Handle customer orders politely and provide good customer service.
• Ensure proper storage of ice cream, fruits, milk, and other ingredients.
• Monitor stock levels and inform management about ingredient shortages.
• Assist in daily setup and closing of the ice cream truck.
• Follow company guidelines and participate in initial training provided by the company.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum experience preferred in juice making, ice cream preparation, or similar food service roles., hotel , cafeteria experience preferred
• Freshers are also welcome to apply (training will be provided). • Basic knowledge of food hygiene and cleanliness. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Good communication and customer service skills.
