Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary:

The Juice Factory Manager is responsible for overseeing all production operations within a juice and dairy processing facility. This role includes managing production schedules, supervising staff, maintaining equipment, ensuring product quality, and implementing milk pasteurization processes for both juice and dairy products. The manager ensures full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards while optimizing efficiency and production output.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily production operations for juice and dairy products.
  • Operate, monitor, and control milk pasteurization processes and equipment.
  • Ensure all products meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Manage factory staff, shifts, performance, and training programs.
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and coordinate maintenance of production machinery and equipment.
  • Monitor raw material and packaging inventory and coordinate with suppliers.
  • Implement and enforce hygiene, food safety, and quality control procedures (HACCP, GMP, ISO).
  • Track production performance, wastage, and efficiency metrics.
  • Prepare operational and production reports for management.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Food Science, Dairy Technology, Engineering, or a related field .
  • Proven experience in juice production and milk pasteurization operations.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000).
  • Hands-on experience with pasteurization systems and production equipment.
  • Strong leadership, staff supervision, and operational management skills.
  • Ability to optimize production processes, reduce waste, and improve efficiency.
  • Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to quality and safety.
