Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Craft and innovate unique juice blends using fresh, high-quality ingredients, ensuring each recipe meets taste and nutritional standards.
  • Operate and maintain juicing equipment, conducting routine cleaning and inspections to prevent downtime and maintain hygiene.
  • Monitor inventory of fruits, vegetables, and supplies, coordinating with suppliers for timely restocking to ensure continuous production.
  • Implement and adhere to food safety regulations and sanitation practices, ensuring all products meet health and safety standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for candidates with culinary arts or food science education.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in food production or beverage preparation, particularly in a juice bar or café setting.
  • Certification in food handling and safety (e.g., ServSafe) is highly desirable to ensure compliance with health regulations.
  • Experience with commercial juicing equipment and a strong understanding of ingredient functionality and flavor pairing.
