Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Process supplier invoices and ensure timely and accurate data entry into the accounting system.
Assist with vendor communications, responding to inquiries and resolving basic issues.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
Help reconcile accounts payable transactions and maintain up-to-date records.
Assist in preparing reports and documentation as needed by the AP team.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure proper invoice approvals and resolve discrepancies.
Ad-Hoc assignments/ reports as per the direct supervisor s request
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience in accounts payable or accounting.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with accounting software is a plus.
Eagerness to learn and grow within the finance field.
Candidate must be based in Amman
