Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a motivated Junior Accountant & Administrative Assistant to support our finance and administration team. This role is ideal for candidates looking to grow their career in accounting while gaining exposure to administrative functions in a dynamic business environment.
Assist with daily accounting tasks including data entry, invoice processing, and reconciliations
- Support preparation of financial reports and documentation under the supervision of senior staff
- Handle petty cash, expense claims, and basic payroll support
- Maintain organized records of contracts, vendor files, and administrative documents
- Provide general office support including correspondence, filing, and coordination with suppliers
- Collaborate with the senior accountant and management team to ensure smooth operations
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (fresh graduates or 1 2 years experience welcome)
- Good command of English
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and Egyptian tax regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel is essential)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and grow in both accounting and administrative functions
