Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation

  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable

  • Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and expense reports

  • Assist in monthly closing and financial reporting

  • Perform bank and account reconciliations

  • Maintain organized financial files and supporting documents

  • Coordinate with internal teams regarding financial transactions

  • Support audits and assist senior accountants when required

Desired Candidate Profile

We are looking for a Junior Accountant with 3–4 years of accounting experience to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of accounting practices, strong attention to detail, and excellent English communication skills. This is a full-time, office-based role, and only experienced candidates should apply.



Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

  • 3–4 years of accounting experience

  • Good understanding of accounting principles and financial processes

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software / ERP systems

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

  • Willing to work on-site in Abu Dhabi

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with ERP or accounting systems

  • Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations
