Junior Accountant (Fresh Graduate)

Main Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing company MIS reports and supporting annual audits.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure proper documentation of transactions.
• Support accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing and reconciliations.
• Assist in bank, supplier, and account reconciliations.
• Support inventory accounting and basic stock reconciliations.
• Help prepare financial reports and schedules as required by management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and basic accounting procedures.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather required financial information.
• Provide general support to the finance team on day-to-day accounting tasks.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Knowledge of accounting systems is a plus.
• Ability to work well in a team and meet deadlines.
