Junior Accountant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support the Accounting Department in maintaining accurate financial records and assisting with daily accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Record and process accounting transactions accurately and timely.

Prepare and maintain invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries.

Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.

Reconcile bank statements and supplier/customer accounts.

Maintain proper filing of accounting and financial documents.

Assist in preparing financial reports and schedules.

Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Follow company accounting policies and internal controls.

Coordinate with other departments regarding financial documentation.

Requirements:

0 2 years of accounting experience.

Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.

Knowledge of VAT and local accounting regulations is a plus.
