Roles & Responsibilities

  • Monitor and record all accounting transactions related to inventory, including receiving, storage, issuance, and supplier follow-up.
  • Conduct periodic and annual inventory counts, and prepare financial and analytical reports on inventory movements.
  • Verify invoices and supporting documents, and review invoice records and issue vouchers.
  • Participate in periodic and annual stocktaking to ensure that actual balances match the recorded balances, and identify obsolete or excess inventory.

  • Bachelor of Commerce university
  • 1-2 years of experience
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Willing to start immediate
