Responsibilities:

• Review, verify, and process vendor invoices, ensuring accurate matching with purchase orders and supporting documentation.
• Manage the full accounts payable cycle, from invoice receipt through payment processing.
• Maintain well-organized and accurate records of all accounts payable transactions.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of tax returns related to accounts payable, including VAT and withholding taxes, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
• Support monthly and year-end closing activities by providing required documentation and performing reconciliations.
