Junior Accountant Affordables Fashion LLC

Affordables Fashion LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to support the finance department in managing daily accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recording daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, expenses, and payments).

• Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records.

• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.

• Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

• Monitor petty cash and prepare expense reports.

• Support monthly closing and financial reporting activities.

• Assist in VAT documentation and filing (if applicable).

• Maintain accurate filing system for invoices and financial documents.

• Coordinate with stores and other departments for sales and expense verification.

• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.

• Perform other accounting duties as assigned by management.
