Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Timesheet Management: Review and verify employee timesheets, overtime, and attendance records to ensure accuracy before payroll processing.

  • Salary & Payroll Management: Process monthly payroll, including allowances and deductions, ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE regulations.

  • Credit Management: Monitor receivables, follow up on outstanding payments, and maintain healthy cash flow.

  • Financial Reporting & Reconciliations: Prepare routine financial reports and perform bank and ledger reconciliations.

  • Daily Financial Operations Support: Assist with invoicing, payments, expense tracking, and overall financial coordination in a fast-paced environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is essential for a strong foundational knowledge of accounting principles.

  • Professional certifications such as ICMA or similar mandatory.

  • A minimum of 1-2 years Finance/Accounting background with experience supporting delivery rider or logistics fleet operations preferred.

  • Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) is crucial for efficient financial management and reporting.
