Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Maintain and update project accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

2. Record day-to-day financial transactions (Booking of Contractor invoices, journal entries, payments)

3. Prepare vendor, contractor reconciliations.

4. Prepare GL Reconciliation

5. Ensure proper documentation of project-related financial records for audit and capitalization purposes.

6. Coordinate with project managers, procurement, and finance teams for smooth workflow.

7. Processing and recording direct payments (RTA, DEWA, etc.)

8. Analyze CWIP and segregate assets into relevant asset classes

9. Processing payments for main contractors, subcontractors, and consultants, Landlord and Government Authorities.

10. Facilitating communication between Internal Audit and project teams to ensure timely payment release

11. Extending assistance to the project team for PO generation.
