Your mission

Job Summary
The Junior Accountant will provide essential support to the finance department, assisting with daily accounting operations to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Job Responsibilities:
* Assist with the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
* Process and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
* Prepare and process journal entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles.
* Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
* Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.
* Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
* Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
* Perform data entry and maintain financial databases.
* Assist with budget preparation and analysis as required.
* Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned by the Senior Accountant or Finance Manager.

Job Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* 0-2 years of experience in an accounting role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
* Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) is a plus.
* Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
