Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Accounting Operations
    • Record daily financial transactions including invoices, receipts, and payments.
    • Assist in processing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
    • Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
  • Financial Reporting
    • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
    • Prepare and maintain financial records, ledgers, and supporting documents.
    • Assist in preparing financial reports for management review.
  • Compliance & Documentation
    • Ensure accuracy and proper filing of financial documents.
    • Comply with local accounting standards and Egyptian tax regulations.
    • Support audits by providing required documentation.
  • Support & Coordination
    • Work closely with the finance team to monitor budgets and expenses.
    • Collaborate with other departments for payment requests and reimbursements.
    • Assist in inventory and cost control tracking when required.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in accounting (internships or entry-level roles accepted).
  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Ability to work well in a team and under supervision.
