Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

A detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations. The role involves recording financial transactions, preparing payment documentation, and maintaining accurate customer and vendor accounts.

  • Prepare semi-monthly payment vouchers
  • Record customer invoices in the accounting system
  • Record vendor payments in the accounting system
  • Record customer collections and receipts
  • Reconcile customer and vendor accounts on a regular basis
  • Post general ledger transactions and maintain accurate records
  • Assist in ensuring proper documentation and compliance with accounting procedures
