Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
Assist in monthly financial reports and audits
Monitor daily financial transactions, including AP/AR
Process and ensure compliance with tax regulations
Prepare VAT filings and other statutory reports
Consolidate food cost report and conduct analysis

Assist the Accountants with the day-to-day operations

Desired Candidate Profile

Degree in Accounting or any related course

3-5 years of experience in food retail or hospitality industry

Asian nationality (Filipina preferred)

Proficient in Quickbooks or any accounting software and MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)

Excellent coordination and organizational skills

Excellent communication skills both oral and written

Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
