Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing daily financial entries, vouchers, and reconciliations
- Maintain updated records of accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Record expenses, invoices, and reimbursements accurately
- Prepare basic financial reports for management review
- Assist with bank reconciliation and petty cash handling
- Monitor travel-related transactions and ensure proper documentation
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for payment follow-ups
- Ensure compliance with company accounting procedures and Saudi financial regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 0 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in travel, hospitality, or service sectors
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software is a plus
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
