Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage petty cash transactions, including recording and reconciliation, to ensure proper cash flow management.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities by preparing journal entries and assisting with financial reporting.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records, including filing and archiving documents, for easy retrieval and audit readiness.
  • Prepare and process employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and timely reimbursements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, providing a strong foundation in accounting principles.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Be fluent in English (both written and verbal), ensuring effective communication within a global team.
