Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Admin officer to provide essential administrative support to our sales and service teams. The ideal candidate will have 1 2 years of experience, be proficient in MS Office, and be skilled in managing documentation, preparing quotations, coordinating internal communications, and supporting day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the sales and service teams.
  • Prepare quotations and manage related documentation.
  • Coordinate and follow up on internal paperwork and communication.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
  • Maintain organized records and update databases as needed.
  • Support the team in various ad hoc administrative tasks to ensure efficient workflow.

Candidate Profile:

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of administrative experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid visa and QID are required.
