Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Missions:

  • Participate in the design and training of NLP models (profile similarity, classification, recommendation)

  • Integrate AI scoring and matching algorithms into application flows

  • Contribute to the creation of semantic analysis tools (vectorization, embeddings, etc.)

  • Collaborate with full-stack developers on front/back end integration of AI models

  • Document and test your models to ensure their quality and reliability

  • Participate in agile ceremonies (daily, sprint planning, demo)

Required skills:

Techniques:

  • Knowledge of Machine Learning & NLP (scikit-learn, spaCy, transformers, etc.)

  • My love of Python and AI libraries (pandas, numpy, gensim, HuggingFace)

  • Experience with search APIs (Google CSE, LinkedIn, etc.) is a plus

  • Notions in REST APIs development or cloud integration (GCP, Azure or AWS) are a plus
