Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

  • A minimum of 6+ years of experience in producing Architectural Design Documents, with a preference for candidates who have worked on large-scale projects in the Gulf region.
  • Proficiency in architectural software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Illustrator, and similar tools.
  • Lead the design and development of architectural plans for commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects.
  • Prepare and review architectural design documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and client requirements.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution from concept to completion.
  • Utilize architectural software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Illustrator to create detailed designs and visualizations.
  • Conduct site visits and provide design input during various project phases, including construction and post-construction stages.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends, building materials, and sustainability practices to incorporate into project designs.
