Roles & Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilties:

  • Assist in maintaining employee records, HR files, and documentation in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Support onboarding and orientation processes for new employees.
  • Assist in preparing HR letters, contracts, confirmations, and other official documents
  • Assist in screening CVs and maintaining recruitment trackers.
  • Support internal communication related to HR announcements and activities.
  • Support HR compliance requirements as per company policy and local labor laws.
  • Coordinate with departments for HR-related requirements and updates.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Atleast 2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role (healthcare experience is an advantage).
Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor regulations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
