We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Back Office Executive to join our Capital Markets team. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with up to 2 years of relevant experience who are eager to build their careers in financial operations.

Location: Achrafieh, Lebanon

Employment Type: Full-time

Department: Capital Markets Back Office

Key Responsibilities:

- Support post-trade processing and daily operational activities

- Perform trade confirmations, settlements, and reconciliations

- Maintain accurate records in accordance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements

- Coordinate with front office, compliance, accounting, and other support teams

- Assist in reporting, data management, and process improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

- Bachelor s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data

- Familiarity with capital markets instruments (equities, fixed income, derivatives) is a plus

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications

- Strong organizational and communication skills

- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, regulated environment
