Junior Billing Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior billing engineers in preparing and verifying bills for upstream and downstream payments.
  
• Support in measurement sheet preparation and verification of site quantities.
  
• Help compile supporting documentation for payment applications and certifications.
  
• Coordinate with site engineers and QS teams for timely data collection.
  
• Assist in updating BOQs, tracking quantities, and maintaining billing logs.
  
• Ensure accuracy of cost data and compliance with contract terms.
  
• Prepare Excel summaries, reports, and progress billing statements as required.
  
• Support in variation and claim documentation under supervision.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Engineering Graduate (B.E./B.Tech) with minimum 3 years of experience in billing or quantity surveying roles.
  
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD for measurements and billing.
  
• Exposure to upstream and downstream billing processes preferred.
  
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to assist senior engineers effectively.
  
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
  
• Capable of working in a project site environment with multiple teams.
