Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist senior BIM Modelers in building Revit MEP models for HVAC and plumbing systems.

• Model ductwork, piping, and equipment layouts under direction of BIM Coordinator.

• Support clash detection tasks and implement corrections to mechanical models.

• Extract and issue drawing sheets from Revit models as directed.

• Maintain accurate version control and file management for mechanical models.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

• 2–4 years of MEP BIM or drafting experience in UAE construction.

• Working knowledge of Revit MEP (Mechanical); AutoCAD proficiency required.
