Roles & Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Execution

  • Supports the development and execution of brand strategies and annual brand plans
  • Assists in defining brand positioning, objectives, and growth priorities
  • Supports new product launches and brand introductions by coordinating with the marketing team
  • Ensure brand guidelines, and visual identity are consistently applied

Market, Consumer & Performance Analysis

  • Analyzes sales performance, market trends, and consumer insights
  • Monitors competitor activity, pricing strategies, and promotional initiatives
  • Conducts regular market and store visits to evaluate brand execution and visibility
  • Translates insights into actionable recommendations for brand improvement

Marketing Planning & Brand Activation

  • Coordinates the execution of marketing campaigns, advertising, and promotional activities
  • Supports the planning and monitoring of marketing calendars and timelines
  • Assists in managing advertising and promotion budgets and tracking spending efficiency
  • Supports evaluation of campaign effectiveness and return on investment

Field Execution & Merchandising

  • Monitors in-store brand execution, merchandising standards, and pricing compliance
  • Coordinates with sales and field teams to ensure proper implementation of brand initiatives
  • Supports the development of point-of-sale materials and in-store visibility tools

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Works closely with sales, finance, logistics, supply chain, marketing, and operations teams
  • Ensures alignment between brand plans, sales objectives, and operational execution
  • Supports internal communication related to brand priorities and initiatives

Supplier & Brand Principal Coordination

  • Maintains effective communication with suppliers and brand principals
  • Prepares presentations, performance updates, and reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • Supports commercial discussions, margin reviews, and contractual follow-up in coordination with management

Planning, Pricing & Forecasting

  • Supports sales forecasting, demand planning, and purchase planning
  • Assists in setting and updating price lists in line with brand strategy and market dynamics
  • Coordinates purchase orders and follow up on approvals and related documentation

Inventory & Stock Management

  • Monitors inventory levels, stock coverage, and sell-through performance
  • Identifies slow-moving items and recommend actions to improve stock rotation
  • Supports stock planning decisions to minimize out-of-stock and overstock risks

Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Prepares monthly sales, stock, and performance reports
  • Tracks performance against targets and key performance indicators
  • Highlights risks, gaps, and growth opportunities for management review

Administration, Governance & Compliance

  • Ensures accurate documentation, reporting, and follow-up on all brand-related activities
  • Supports internal processes, audits, and compliance requirements
  • Performs additional responsibilities as assigned by management

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in business administration

1 3 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or fast-moving consumer goods

Experience in the fragrance sector is an advantage

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and market data

High proficiency in Microsoft Excel for analysis and reporting

Strong presentation skills using Microsoft PowerPoint

Good commercial awareness and developing negotiation skills

Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up abilities

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment

Professional working proficiency in English
