Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Run and analyze weekly and monthly performance reports for IBs and Affiliates
- Prepare detailed reports on:
- Trading volume
- Deposits
- Active clients
- CPA performance
Optimization & Process Improvement
- Identify areas to improve reporting accuracy and operational efficiency
- Assist in developing internal reporting templates and automation
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in operations management or similar role, typically 5+ years in a supervisory position.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and improve operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with various departments and staff.
- Familiarity with operational management software and tools.
- Ability to identify system limitations and recommend appropriate software solutions.
- Experience in developing strategic plans and contributing to organizational goals.
- Ability to monitor, evaluate, and report on departmental performance and efficiency.
- Commitment to improving partner/client-facing services and enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
- Ability to adapt to changing organizational needs and priorities effectively.
- Understanding of relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements.
