Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Run and analyze weekly and monthly performance reports for IBs and Affiliates
  • Prepare detailed reports on:
    • Trading volume
    • Deposits
    • Active clients
    • CPA performance

Optimization & Process Improvement

  • Identify areas to improve reporting accuracy and operational efficiency
  • Assist in developing internal reporting templates and automation

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in operations management or similar role, typically 5+ years in a supervisory position.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and improve operational efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with various departments and staff.
  • Familiarity with operational management software and tools.
  • Ability to identify system limitations and recommend appropriate software solutions.
  • Experience in developing strategic plans and contributing to organizational goals.
  • Ability to monitor, evaluate, and report on departmental performance and efficiency.
  • Commitment to improving partner/client-facing services and enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to adapt to changing organizational needs and priorities effectively.
  • Understanding of relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements.
