Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels with clear revenue generation impact.
- Deeply Engage with existing clients' portfolio to create greater value through cross-selling insurance offerings tailored to their business needs.
- Conduct market and client research to uncover unmet needs and opportunities while being able to capitalize on market shifts and trends.
- Assist in developing business propositions and clients' solutions that align with Amanleeku2019s growth strategy and market opportunities.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery of partnerships and revenue generation.
- Track and report on business development activities and outcomes, including pipeline, client expansion, and revenue impact.
- Represent Amanleek at industry events, client meetings, and networking opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, corporates, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in business development, partnerships, sales, or account management (experience in insurance or financial services / fin-tech is a plus).
- Strong interest and eagerness to learn about various insurance lines and how they serve business clients.
- Excellent presentation and proposal creation skills in both English and Arabic.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders.
- Resilience and persistence in follow-up, with a proactive approach to closing opportunities.
- Ability to multi-task and manage an active business pipeline with multiple entities in parallel.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- High Integrity and Empathy in dealing with partners and clients.
