Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
• Prepare and submit technical documents, including method statements, material submittals, and shop drawing coordination • Coordinate with government authorities for approvals and NOCs • Liaise with consultants, clients, and internal project teams to close technical comments • Attend project meetings and prepare meeting minutes and follow-up actions • Maintain submission logs, approval trackers, and project documentation • Support Project Engineers and Project Managers with office-based project requirements
Desired Candidate Profile
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering • 0–2 years of experience • Basic understanding of construction drawings and specifications • Proficiency in MS Office; Basic AutoCAD knowledge preferred • Good communication and coordination skills
