About the Role:
We re a home-grown F&B catering brand looking for a dynamic and organized Junior Client Servicing Executive to support our growing client base. You ll be the bridge between the client and our operations team, ensuring smooth coordination, timely communication, and exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Meet & Coordinate with clients for event requirements and updates
Liaise with team members in managing accounts and client expectations
Ensure smooth execution of catering orders and event setups by visiting events
Maintain client relationships through timely follow-ups and service feedback
Assist with documentation, billing, and after-service communication

Requirements:
Prefer 1-2 years of experience in client servicing, hospitality, or event coordination
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Based in Dubai
Passionate about food, service, and building relationships
