Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We're looking for a well-organized Junior Coordinator to support the daily operation of our training programs. This role combines front-desk presence with internal coordination duties. You ll report to our senior operations lead (working remotely) and collaborate with trainers and trainees across various departments, particularly in fashion and design programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in scheduling and organizing training programs and sessions.
  • Follow up with instructors and participants for attendance and updates.
  • Prepare course-related documents, attendance sheets, and content materials.
  • Handle reception tasks (with the help of a second receptionist).
  • Generate periodic progress reports for the Operations Lead.
  • Coordinate logistics and on-ground support for training programs.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Basic experience in Excel/Google Sheets and admin tools.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
  • Moderate English skills (reading/writing).
