Provide comprehensive legal guidance on corporate transactions, governance, contracts, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, and employment matters.

Review, drafting, and negotiation of various types of contracts, agreements, and legal documents.

Ensure that contracts adhere to legal requirements and align with the company s strategic goals.

Conduct legal research and analysis to provide strategic insights that drive key business decisions.

Keep the company informed of the latest legal developments and their impact on operations.

Drafting of minutes of meetings.

Improvise and oversee the company policies on legal affairs periodically.

Undertake and perform in-depth legal research for partnerships, mergers, acquisitions and other transactions depending on the project assigned to him by the Senior Legal Counsel.

Serve as a liaison and coordinate with regulatory authorities to maintain the company's compliance status.

Provide legal support in coordination with and under the supervision of the Senior Legal counsel (with the view of gaining capacity to work more independently) and assist the sales team with pre-sale contracts, credit agreements, NDAs.
